We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refund Policy gives you 4 days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 4 calendar days of your purchase if the goods are within proper conditions.
After the 4 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 4 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your provided bank account within next two weeks of return excluding shipping charges and other packaging charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your provided bank account within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will not be refunded.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Products with obvious signs of use;
- Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error and will not be refunded.
- All the refunds will be done after proper inspection of goods and for all kinds of refunds kalaashree reserves all the rights to inspect and to decide the ratio of refunds.
- If they are defective. To prove the defectiveness of product you should provide proper video recording while opening the packed goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Final Sale items
We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective. To prove the defectiveness of product u should provide proper video recording while opening the packed goods.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, please send us an email at your firstname.lastname@example.org along with the video to show that the products are defective. If the article was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the article is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
If the article wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he will be informed of your return.
The gift packaging charges and shipping charges will be deducted while refunding the amount.
Right of cancellation
In addition to our Returns & Refund Policy, if you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, if you are an online, postal or telephone customer.
If the goods are delivered in several instalments, the period shall be 14 calendar days from the receipt of the last payment.
To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the articles. The refund will not include all standard delivery charges paid and You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of a cancelled order. Download the cancellation form and attach it to the articles when you return them. We will refund you the price paid for the articles and the delivery charges you have paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery will not refund.

Kalaashree is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, Kalaashree has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or in person. We do not reserve Orders without payment.
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

- Refund requests made more than 10 business days will be subject to an administration fee of 20 percent of the price.
- Refund requests made between 1 and 10 business days are subject to a percent administration fee.
