Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return process.

To initiate a return, kindly email us at help@kalaashree.com. Please note the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return within 2 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
  • Defective Products: If you claim that the product is defective, we kindly request images and videos of the defect at the time of unpacking for verification purposes.
  • Condition of the Product: The item must be returned in its original condition, along with the original bill and packaging.
  • Return Pickup: We will arrange for a return pickup at no extra cost. Please ensure that you obtain a receipt from the courier partner at the time of return.
  • Non-Acceptance of Customized Products: Returns will not be accepted for customized products.
  • Return Processing: Once the reverse pickup is completed, please allow 3–4 days for the product to reach our warehouse. Upon receipt, we will initiate your refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will require your bank account details to process the refund.
  • Sale Items: Please note that sale items are non-refundable unless you receive a damaged or defective product. In such cases, images and videos of the defect will be required.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at help@kalaashree.com. Kindly review the following conditions for exchanges:

  • Exchange Window: You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. No exchanges will be processed beyond this time frame.
  • Defective Products: If the product is defective, please provide images and videos of the defect for our review.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and the bill.
  • Exchange Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup at no additional cost. Please make sure to obtain a receipt from the courier partner when returning the item.
  • Processing of Exchanges: After the reverse pickup, it will take 3–4 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, we will dispatch the exchanged item.
  • Non-Acceptance of Customized Products: Exchanges are not applicable for customized products.
  • Exchange Timeline: Exchanges typically take 5–7 business days to process.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for international orders.
