The revised version/ terms shall be effective from the time that the Company posts the same on the Website. Our other pages such as Facebook, Instagram and blog let you exchange your ideas with us via posting comments and user-generated content. By accessing and posting on these pages, you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree to not to harm and damage any user’s reputation and social presence as well as agree that the information provided in your account is true. We discourage anonymous postings on our social media pages.

Kalaashree reserves the right to return and exchange policy. We shall not be considered liable and thus, disclaim any guarantee of the fabric as shown on the website. By registering on Kalaashree, you agree to allow us to contact you through any mode of communication (Email/Chat/Telephone call) for any confirmation or service related information for the order placed by you, on the contact details provided by you. Any kind of legal implication raised, due to the incorrect nature of the details provided by you, Kalaashree will not be held responsible for the same.

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information while registering or for any other purpose when prompted to do so on Kalaashree. You are prohibited from misrepresenting your identity and agree not to represent yourself as another User or login/ register using the identity of any other person. You are responsible to maintain and promptly update the information provided while registering or for any other purpose on Kalaashree to ensure that the information provided by you is true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the Company has reasonable grounds to deduce that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this User Agreement, the Company reserves the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block your use or access to Kalaashree in any manner whatsoever.

 

PRICING INFORMATION

 

While Kalaashree strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Kalaashree cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Kalaashree shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Kalaashree may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Kalaashree will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Kalaashree accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Kalaashree dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. We strive to provide you with the best prices. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in a store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing may sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

This User Agreement and all rules, policies and documents incorporated by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
